DESCRIPTION:Shaped by warnings of climate change, the pandemic, the intensification of exclusion and fragmentation, our images of the future can often appear overwhelming and bleak. World Futures Day is a new UNESCO awareness day that is launching in December 2022 to promote public awareness of the future, increase research into future thinking and how it shapes the way we act in the present.\nThe Professor Bubbleworks team thinks that the most optimistic way to look into the future is by teaching kids about vital scientific methods of problem solving. Our workshops are designed to give kids the skills to develop inquisitive minds so when faced with a problem in the real world they feel empowered to find solutions.\n
