DESCRIPTION:The RSPB’s Big Schools’ Birdwatch is a citizen science project for schools across the UK that has been running for over 20 years. With the information gathered by students, scientists can monitor how bird populations are doing in different areas of the UK.\nOur Professor Bubbleworks workshops have been tailored to different age groups from 4-11, to show kids just how important citizen science projects are to science development and how they can get involved. Kids will learn about the fundamentals of birdwatching and how they can identify and count towards the national environmental survey.\n*This event will take place in January/February 2023, exact dates have not yet been announced.\n
