Earth Hour
Held every year on the last Saturday of March, Earth Hour encourages people from all over the globe to switch off their lights. This show of solidarity gives visual recognition of the power of people and collective action. The symbolic lights-out event raises awareness of climate change.
Our Professor Bubbleworks workshops use Earth Hour to educate kids about climate change in a fun and engaging way. After switching off your lights, we think of inventive ways you can spend Earth Hour with your friends, family, and community.
Lights go out at 8:30pm local time.
