World Chocolate Day is a very important day in the annual science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) calendar.

As we all know, Willy Wonker has one of the most high-tech, experimental and creative laboratories in the world. During World Chocolate Day the Professor Bubbleworks team uses some Willy Wonker magic to deliver an action-packed science workshop to kids between the ages of 4 and 11.
