World Television Day
Around the world the number of households with television sets continues to rise. Over the decades, television shows have done a great deal to promote and boost the popularity of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In the UK, physicist Brian Cox and naturalist Sir David Attenborough have inspired us to explore our world and universe from the comfort of our living rooms. This has exposed generations to a wealth of knowledge and wonder.
The Professor Bubbleworks workshops have been designed to look at how the interaction between emerging and traditional forms of broadcast creates a great opportunity to raise awareness about the important issues facing our communities and our planet.
