World AIDS Day
Founded in 1988, World AIDS Day was the first ever global health day. This annual event brings awareness and shows solidarity with the millions of people living with HIV worldwide. Today, scientific advances have improved treatments and people’s quality of life.
During our workshops, kids will learn what a vital part science and technology play in the development of medicines and treatments through trials, improvements and testing. This scientific process of inquiry and development is a vital approach to solving many of the world’s problems.
