At Longleat Safari Park kids can observe an incredible array of animals from the non-native Lions, elephants, rhinos and Zebra, to native animals such as wolves, deer and otters. They can also learn about conservation projects that Longleat Safari Park partake in. The park is part of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria which runs a managed breeding programme, bringing together over 300 zoological collections across 35 countries in Europe. This type of conservation effort is vital for ensuring animals bred in captivity are from a healthy gene pool.
