Inspiring Science Workshops for Primary Schools

World Vegan Month

Every year, during the month of November, World Vegan Month brings awareness to the benefits of veganism for humans and the natural environment. Veganism is about being against the use of animal farming – not eating or drinking animal products like milk or meat, and not buying animal products like leather shoes or fur coats. This is in order to avoid any cruelty and exploitation of animals and to protect the natural environment from the negative effects associated with animal farming.

The Professor Bubbleworks team has developed workshops to encourage kids to think about where their food and products come from and the environmental impacts that they have on our planet. Does eating beef burgers have a negative effect on climate change? We will touch upon topics such as climate change, nutrition, deforestation, biodiversity and pollutants.

The event is finished.
